Tajik Women Inventors Win Medals at the Korea International Women’s Invention Exposition

DUSHANBE, 30.09.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – The Deputy Dean for Science of the Pharmaceutics Department of the Tajik National University Malika Rahimova with the support of the Dean of the Faculty, Doctor of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Professor Safol Musozoda took part in the Korea International Women’s Invention Exposition (KIWIE) — 2021 and the International Women Inventors Forum in Seoul in a virtual format, and made significant strides.
Rahimova presented her invention “Antidiabetic herbal complexes” at this conference and won a silver medal. Her invention in the field of pharmaceuticals is a new work that meets the requirements of the pharmaceutical field.
The Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Tajikistan Zavki Zavkizoda awarded three women inventors. Malika Rahimova was awarded with a silver medal and a special prize from the Korean Patent Association, Oybegim Zuurbekova and Mijgona Sharopova received bronze medals for participation in the KIWIE – 2021 and in the International Women Inventors Forum.
The exhibition was held online in Seoul from August 12 through August 14, and was attended by inventors from 17 member countries of the World Intellectual Property Organization.
