Number of Entities in the Sughd FEZ Reaches 37

DUSHANBE, 01.08.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – In the first half of 2024, 3 new entities were registered in the Sughd free economic zone (FEZ), as a result of which the number of entities reached 37, of which 21 are engaged in manufacturing, construction, service and trade activities. It was announced at a press conference by the head of the Sughd FEZ Administration Muhammad Muhammadzoda.
The volume of industrial output in the Sughd FEZ reached 180.3 million somoni, which is 116.3%, or 25.3 million somoni more than in 2023.
The volume of construction work and services for this period reached 1.9 million somoni, which is 146%, or 0.6 million more than the previous period.
