DUSHANBE, 30.11.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Today, Prime Minister of Tajikistan Kohir Rasulzoda met with the Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk.
The meeting focused on the current state and prospects of trade and economic cooperation between Tajikistan and Russia.
Rasulzoda noted that Russia is one of the main partners of Tajikistan, and cooperation is developing every year with the implementation of bilateral programs and strategies.
They noted the necessity of expanding cooperation in key areas, such as energy, industry, transport, education, science, digital economy, banking, customs, agriculture, and foreign trade, and the importance of attracting Russian capital to the economy of Tajikistan.
