Prime Minister of Tajikistan Meets ADB Director General for Central and West Asia

DUSHANBE, 15.11.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Today, Prime Minister Kohir Rasulzoda met with the Director General of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for Central and West Asia Eugene Zhukov.
Rasulzoda noted that for 23 years cooperation between Tajikistan with the ADB has formed a strong foundation and the implementation of the most important projects in the economic and social spheres is increasing every year.
Currently, 19 projects are being implemented in Tajikistan within the framework of cooperation with the ADB, which cover transportation, energy, science, education, health, agriculture and others spheres.
Rasulzoda stressed that the government of Tajikistan with its open door policy has established good cooperation with international and regional organizations, including the ADB, and is constantly working on expand its ties.
