During the planned forum, the parties can get acquainted with the specifics of the economy of Tajikistan, its investment opportunities, and particularities of the mechanisms and benefits for foreign companies. In order to implement the main directions of the national strategy for accelerated industrialization, Tajikistan intends to attract investments and introduce technologies from European countries, in particular Poland, especially for processing domestic products and minerals.
After the inclusion of Tajikistan in the GPS + system, the country will be able to expand the export of its products and goods to Poland and other EU countries.
According to Polish statistics, in 2020, exports to Tajikistan reached $17.4 million, while imports amounted to only $1.5 million. These data are far from reflecting the real capabilities of both countries.
