President Emomali Rahmon Exchanges New Year Greetings with Russian President Putin Over Phone

DUSHANBE, 04.01.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – On January 3, 2022 the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon had a telephone conversation with the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
During the conversation, the counterparts exchanged warm New Year’s greetings.
They continued their discussion on some issues on bilateral cooperation to follow up on their meeting in St. Petersburg on December 27, 2021.
The two sides reaffirmed their intention to strengthen the relations between Tajikistan and Russia.
