DUSHANBE, 24.03.2022 (NIAT Khovar) — On March 22 on the margins of the 48th Session of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers in Islamabad, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Muhriddin met with the Under-Secretary of State of the United States of America Uzra Zeya.
The meeting focused on the current state and prospects of bilateral and multilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and the US in different spheres.
The parties also exchanged views on regional security issues, including situation in Afghanistan.
Also, they emphasized the importance of the activities of the C5+1 format and the expansion of bilateral cooperation within this platform.
