Deputy PM Ziyozoda Gets Acquainted with Agricultural Sector in Shahrinav District

DUSHANBE, 07.04.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, Deputy Prime Minister Sulaymon Ziyozoda and representative of the government Yusuf Akramzoda visited Shahrinav district.
Initially, Deputy PM and a representative of the government visited several greenhouses.
The area of greenhouses in the district has been increased to 6.71 hectares, where tomatoes, cucumbers and citrus plants are mainly grown.
Ziyozoda expressed gratitude to the farmers for expanding the area of greenhouses, increasing agricultural production and providing people with fresh products all year round, as well as gave useful instructions to responsible persons.

Also, Deputy PM took part in the cotton sowing campaign in the Navruz production cooperative.
He noted that due to favorable weather conditions, it is necessary to start sowing cotton, as well as immediately irrigate all types of crops, especially cereals, melons, grapes and fruits.
