Delegation of Egyptian Entrepreneurs and Investors Arrives in Tajikistan

DUSHANBE, 12.05.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – As part of the expansion of trade and economic cooperation between Tajikistan and Egypt, a delegation of Egyptian entrepreneurs and investors arrived in Dushanbe, reports the State Committee for Investments and State Property Management of Tajikistan.
Business and investment circles of Egypt will meet with the heads of relevant ministries and departments of Tajikistan, including the State Committee for Investment and State Property Management, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Industry and New Technologies, Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population, Ministry of Energy and Water Resources, Ministry of Agriculture, Civil Aviation Agency, Dushanbe International Airport, Tajik Air, and the National Bank of Tajikistan to discuss issues related to strengthening cooperation between Tajikistan and Egypt.
Egyptian business and investment circles will also visit the Dushanbe industrial zone and industrial enterprises of Baljuvon district, Kulob International Airport, Kulob free economic zone, National Museum of Tajikistan, Kokhi Navruz, and Iskandarkul.
As part of the visit, a forum is expected to be held with the participation of business and investment circles of Tajikistan and Egypt to discuss issues of establishing and strengthening multifaceted cooperation.
On March 10 this year, as part of an official visit to Egypt, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon met with Egyptian entrepreneurs, investors, and heads of companies, and invited them to visit Tajikistan to take part in the implementation of joint projects.
