Tourism Potential of Tajikistan Presented at Riyadh Travel Fair-2022

DUSHANBE, 24.05.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – Travel Agencies of Tajikistan are presenting the tourism potential of the country at the Riyadh Travel Fair-2022, which started on May 22 and will last through 24 in Saudi Arabia.
The Tajik delegation is headed by the First Deputy Chairman of Committee for Tourism Development Habibullo Amirbekzoda.
The delegation includes heads of domestic travel agencies and representatives of national media.
The pavilion representing Tajikistan reflects its rich natural potential, health tourism and the opportunity to engage in sports and mountaineering tourism, yhe country’s unique culture and its ancient civilization.
Riyadh Travel Fair-2022 is the most popular exhibition in the region and is considered a platform for the presentation of tourism products, services and investments by the largest tourism companies.
As part of the fair, Amirbekzoda met with representatives of the tourism sector and investors of Saudi Arabia. The meeting focused on issues related to strengthening tourism cooperation.
The participation of travel agencies in similar fairs abroad, especially in Riyadh Travel Fair, is one of the most effective ways to attract foreign tourists to the country and serves as a favorable basis for strengthening cooperation between domestic travel agencies and companies from countries with a developed tourism sector.
