DUSHANBE, 23.06.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – Chairman of the Sughd region Rajabboy Ahmadzoda met with the Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to Tajikistan Tim Jones.
The parties exchanged views on the education of students in higher educational institutions, on increasing the exchange of goods and products, the development of natural resources, the processing of cotton and agricultural products, the implementation of new projects in education and healthcare.
The meeting also focused on the issue of expanding bilateral cooperation.
Ahmadzoda emphasized that good friendly relations have been established between Tajikistan and the UK, and cooperation is expanding in various directions.
Sughd has great potential, thanks to the attraction of investments and business circles in the UK, it is possible to create new enterprises.
