Tajik Deputy Foreign Minister Receives Copies of Credentials of Russian Ambassador

DUSHANBE. October 25, 2022 /NIAT «Khovar»/. The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan Sodik Imomi received a copy of the credentials of Semyon Grigoryev, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Tajikistan.
According to Tajikistan’s Foreign Ministry, during the meeting the parties discussed topical issues relating to Tajik-Russian cooperation.
Imomi congratulated Grigoriev on his appointment and wished him success in his diplomatic activities for the benefit of the further progressive development of bilateral relations.
As previously reported, Russian President Vladimir Putin appointed Semyon Grigoryev as the new Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Tajikistan, releasing Igor Lyakin-Frolov from this post.
