Adoption of Measures to Implement the «Green» Economy Discussed in Dushanbe

DUSHANBE, 20.01.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – The issues of implementing the points of the State Program for the Development of Environmental Education and Education of the Population of Tajikistan for 2021-2025 were discussed by the First Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Environmental Protection Zarafo Kiyomzoda and the Head of the Environment Department of the Department of Economics and Environment of the OSCE Office in Dushanbe Muhabbat Kamarova.
The meeting focused on issues related to the adoption of measures to implement the «green» economy, the fulfillment of Tajikistan’s obligations to the Aarhus Convention in 2023.
As part of bilateral cooperation, the OSCE Office in Dushanbe provides comprehensive assistance in the publication of educational and informational materials developed by employees of the Center for Environmental Information, Propaganda and Computer Programming.
