Representatives Assembly Speaker Meets Chairman of the Iranian Majlis of the Islamic Council

DUSHANBE, 30.01.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, as part of a working visit to the Algeria to attend 17th OIC Parliamentary Union meeting, the Speaker of the Representatives Assembly Mahmadtoir Zokirzoda met with the Chairman of the Majlis of the Islamic Council of Iran Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf.
It was emphasized that inter-parliamentary friendship groups operate between the Representatives Assembly of Tajikistan and the Majlis of the Islamic Council of Iran.
“Currently, we have established good working relations with many parliaments of the world countries. We make the most of each other’s experience,” said Mahmadtoir Zokirzoda.
Following the meeting, both parties stressed their commitment to expanding friendly relations and multilateral cooperation.
