Tajik Delegation Attends Consultative Meeting of the Group of Asian States Parliaments

DUSHANBE, 30.01.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, as part of the working visit to Algeria, the Chairman of the Representatives Assembly for International Affairs, Public Associations and Information Saidmurod Fattohzoda took part in a consultative meeting of the group of parliaments of Asian states.
The Representatives Assembly of Tajikistan was elected a member of the Economic Commission of the Parliamentary Union of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
On January 29, Fattohzoda also attended a meeting of the General Committee of the Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States.
It was emphasized that one of the important factors in solving socio-economic problems, eliminating poverty and ensuring favorable living conditions in the territory of the OIC Member States is the expansion of economic and trade cooperation and the implementation of programs and plans adopted by the Organization.
