Petr Segrt Names the Composition of the Tajik Football Team for the 2023 CAFA Nations Cup

DUSHANBE, 29.05.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – The coaching staff of the national football team of Tajikistan headed by Croatian specialist Petr Segrt announced the team’s composition for the 2023 CAFA Nations Cup, which will be held from June 10 through June 20 under the auspices of the Central Asian Football Association.
Tajik team included 26 players, including 3 goalkeepers, 10 defenders, 9 midfielders and 4 forwards.
Tajikistan will start preparing for the tournament today in Dushanbe. On Wednesday, Tajik team will leave for Tashkent, where they will hold a training camp before the tournament.
Tajik team will play in Group A against Turkmenistan (June 11), Oman (June 14) and Uzbekistan (June 17).
