DUSHANBE, 06.06.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – Members of the Board of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea (IFAS) were awarded today with the badge of honor “30th Anniversary of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea.”
Prime Minister of Tajikistan Kohir Rasulzoda presented awards to First Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Roman Sklyar, Advisor to the President of Uzbekistan Shuhrat Ganiev, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Annageldi Yazmyradov and other members of the board.
Dushanbe is hosting a two-day international conference «Central Asia: towards sustainable future through strong regional institution,» dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the creation of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea.
The conference focuses on important issues of water resources management in Central Asia, as well as makes important decisions.
