Nord Asia Metal Enterprise Produces 12,000 Tons of Import-Substituting Products

DUSHANBE, 21.06.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – Over five months of this year, Nord Asia Metal industrial enterprise in Spitamen district produced 12,000 tons of products in the amount of 108,500,000 somoni.
Sales points have been created in Dushanbe, as well as in Khatlon and Sughd regions to sell the company’s products.
The Chairman of the Sughd region Rajabboy Ahmadzoda got acquainted with the activities of the enterprise, which is one of the largest metal production enterprises.
Nord Asia Metal was put into operation in 2016 with the participation of President Emomali Rahmon.
Its production capacity is 60,000 tons per year.
Last year, the enterprise produced 35,000 tons of profiles and pipes of various sizes worth 270 million somoni. The products are not only import-substituting, but 300 tons were exported last year.
