Tajik Representative Attends Joint Meeting of the Regional Trade Group

DUSHANBE, 14.06.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, a joint meeting of the Regional Trade Group (RTG) and the Customs Cooperation Committee (CCC) of the Central Asian Regional Economic Cooperation Organization (CAREC) was held in Tbilisi.
Tajikistan was represented by the Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade Rukhshona Nasriddinzoda.
The meeting focused on issues related to customs modernization, trade facilitation, sanitary and phytosanitary measures (SPS), digitalization of trade and other inclusive initiatives under the CAREC 2030 Comprehensive Trade Program (CITA), approval of the commercial sector report in 2023 , as well as the strategic action plan (RSAP) for 2023-2025.
