Tajikistan’s Study Center To Be Established in Chinese Xi’an

DUSHANBE, 14.06.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – On June 10, in the Chinese city of Xi’an, Deputy Director of the Center for Strategic Studies Parviz Muhammadzoda met with the Director of the Silk Road Study Institute and the Institute of Central Asia of Xi’an Northwestern UniversityLiu Shanbin, who informed about the establishment of Tajikistan’s Study Center in Xi’an.
The meeting also focused on issues of scientific cooperation.
The parties noted that Tajikistan’s Study Center will play an important role in a comprehensive presentation of the history and culture of the Tajik nation, the key role of Tajikistan in the region and, in general, positive knowledge of Tajikistan in Xi’an and other cities of China.
