DUSHANBE, 15.06.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – In the second round of the group stage of the 2023 CAFA Nations Cup in the Group A in Tashkent, the national football team of Tajikistan tied against Oman. The match ended with the score of 1-1.

In another match, Uzbekistan beat Turkmenistan with a score of 2-0.

Uzbekistan with 6 point took the first place in Group A ahead of schedule and reached the final of the tournament.
