DUSHANBE, 16.10.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – Over 9 months of 2023, the volume of industrial production in the Sughd region reached more than 18.1 billion somoni, which is 107.5% compared to the same period last year.

Compared to the same period last year, the growth rate of flour production is 121.3%, vegetable oil — 95.7%, bread and bakery products — 85.0%, canned food — 123.6%, soft drinks — 131.8%.​

The volume of foreign trade turnover of the region for January-September 2023 amounted to over $ 2.4 billion.
