President Emomali Rahmon Participated in a Ceremony to Commission the Regional Department of Combating Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Group of Vahdat Districts

DUSHANBE, 25.10.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – On October 25, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, in the city of Vahdat, inaugurated a new building of the Regional Department of Combating Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in the group of districts of Vahdat.
The beautifully designed building of the department consists of a basement and 2 floors, has 25 offices, a meeting hall and a canteen, with 30 seats each, an archive, a reception, a storage of food products and a heating point.
On the first floor of the building there is a reception room for citizens, a duty room, offices, a library with various literature, including books on industry activities, and a room for workers and management and a meeting hall with 30 seats is located on the second floor of the building.
In order to support the employees and provide the officers with a place to sleep, two dormitories with 40 beds equipped with all the living conditions have been built in the yard of the facility, which increases the morale of the employees.
In the basement of the facility there is a gym and other auxiliary rooms.
According to the project, the new building is designed to promote the effective activity of the special emergency team of the department.
The establishment of the Regional Department of Combating Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the group of Vahdat districts is a logical continuation of the support of the state and Government to the employees of the sector, which is aimed at ensuring security and stability in the country.
The President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, while familiarizing himself with the working conditions in the new building, praised the quality of the completed work and directed the police officers to loyal service to the Motherland, to contribute to the reduction of the level of crime, to prevent it, to ensure the rule of law and to maintain public order.
