Japanese Referees Will Serve the Match between Tajikistan and Qatar

DUSHANBE, 16.01.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – The names of the referees, who will officiate the match of the second round of the group stage of the 2023 Asian Football Cup in Group A between Tajikistan and Qatar, have become known.
The match will be served by a team of judges from Japan. 41-year-old FIFA referee Hiroyuki Kimura has been appointed chief referee. His compatriots FIFA assistant referees – Jun Mihara and Takumi Takagi will assist him on the lines. FIFA referee Yoshimi Yamashita will be the backup referee. The VAR referee will be Iida Yumpei, and the VAR assistant will be Yusuke Araki.
The match between Tajikistan and Qatar will take place on January 17 at the Al-Bayt stadium in Doha at 17:30 local time (19:30 Dushanbe time).
