Tajik Team Is Preparing for the 2023 World Judo Championships

DUSHANBE, 18.04.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – In collaboration with the Russian Judo Federation, Tajik judo team holds a training camp in Sochi.
The training camp, which began on April 8 at the Sochi Olympic Training Center and will end on April 20, is led by Japanese specialist Tamura Tori.
This camp is the main stage in the preparation of the national team of Tajikistan for the 2023 World Judo Championships.
The tournament will be held from May 7 through May 14 in Doha, Qatar.
According to the regulations, athletes who until April 3 will have 100th place in the world ranking can participate in the championship. In this important event of the year, the Republic of Tajikistan is represented by 9 athletes.
