Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi Completes His Official Visit to Tajikistan

DUSHANBE, 20.05.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – On May 19, Member of the Politburo of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Head of the Office of the Foreign Affairs Commission of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China Wang Yi completed his official visit to Tajikistan.
During the visit, the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon received the Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi.
Also, he hold meetings and negotiations with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Muhriddin.
Following negotiations, it was signed a Ministerial Cooperation Program for the period 2025-2026.
Along with this, Wang Yi at the National Museum got acquainted with the history and ancient civilization of the Tajik people.
He visited the exhibition halls of the National Museum and got to know the unique historical monuments and glorious periods of the rich history and culture of the Tajik people.
Chinese FM expressed satisfaction with visiting the exhibition halls and recorded his impressions in the book of “Honorable Guests” of the National Museum.
