DUSHANBE, 22.05.2024 /NIAT «Khovar»/. On May 21, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirodjiddin Mukhriddin held a meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov in Astana on the initiative of the Russian side.
According to the Tajik MFA Information Department, the heads of foreign ministries discussed a range of issues of Tajik-Russian relations with a focus on the implementation of agreements reached by the heads of state of Tajikistan and Russia on May 9, 2024.
They also exchanged views on temporary labor activity of citizens and preparations for the second complex interdepartmental talks on this issue to be held in Dushanbe on May 28, 2024.
