A large delegation of the People’s Republic of China arrived in Khujand

KHUJAND, 19.06.2024 /NIAT «Khovar»/. Last night a large delegation of the People’s Republic of China arrived in the ancient city of Khujand to participate in the meeting of women of Tajikistan and China, which will be held on June 20 in Khujand, Sughd region.
According to the program, today, June 19, the guests will take part in the opening ceremony of the joint exhibition of paintings by Tajik artists «Image of Woman» and calligraphy samples of Chinese teachers «The Meaning of Life» in the State Institution «Historical and Cultural Complex «Kal’ai Khujand» of Khujand city.
Chinese delegation also is set to visit the exhibition of handicrafts in «Kal’ai Khujand», as well as the Historical Museum of Sughd region, archaeological and fortification museum of Khujand.
It should be noted that due to the wise policy and supreme political will of the leaders of both states — the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping, the strategic cooperation between our countries has reached a qualitative level and is growing every year in certain sectors of the economy.
