Tajik President Invites the SCO States to join the Agreement on International Road Transport

DUSHANBE, 04.07.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – The President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, during his speech at the SCO+ meeting, invited observer states and dialogue partner states to join the SCO Agreement on Creating Favorable Conditions for International Road Transportation.
It should be noted that this key document in the field of transport is open in nature and was signed within the framework of the SCO summit in Dushanbe in 2014.
This agreement implies the creation of a new permitting system for transporting goods along through road routes.
