DUSHANBE, 10.07.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – On September 10, within the framework of his working visit to Sughd Province, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, opened in the city of Konibodom the preschool educational institution No. 1 named «Nuri Robiya» that has been reconstructed by the patriot businessman, head of the «Muzaffar» Charity Fund Davron Juraev.

The kindergarten was built in 1936 and was demolished in 1999 due to an accident.

The new kindergarten was rebuilt and equipped in accordance with international standards at the cost of 6 million somoni in the scope of the expansion of construction works in the area of 1500 square meters. This kindergarten is intended for the education and upbringing of 180 children.

The children’s building consists of two floors and a basement, construction work on it began in 2023 and was completed today with high quality. In the course of construction, about 30 local residents were provided with jobs and good wages.

There are two colorful verandas and a large yard in «Nuri Robiya» kindergarten, which is favorable for children’s health and activities. Also, new and modern equipment has been installed for the game and entertainment of kids. Currently, 6 teachers and 6 experienced tutors are employed for the education and training of children, and 12 other people work as methodical advisers, cooks, doctors, etc.

The existence of a separate hall for holding cultural events, a gym, work rooms, a modern canteen, a warehouse for storing products and a medical room are other necessary conditions in the kindergarten. The kindergarten also has an independent heating network.

It should be noted that today there are 20 preschool institutions operating in the city of Konibodom, in which more than 1020 children are educated on the basis of state educational programs.

Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon, while familiarizing himself with the conditions created in the kindergarten building, expressed his gratitude to the domestic businessman for his support of the constructive policy of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, and gave useful instructions and advice to the officials for the effective use of the provided opportunities for the education and upbringing of children in the spirit of patriotism and national pride.
