President Emomali Rahmon presents gifts to 100 orphans in Asht district

On September 8, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Honorable Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, in continuation of his working visit to the cities and districts of Sughd Province after the opening of the spinning enterprise of the Limited Liability Company «Sanoati Asht» held a sincere meeting with 100 orphans from the cities and districts of Sughd Province and presented them with festive gifts.
The gifts of the Leader of the Nation include clothes, school accessories and money.
As it was reported, 321 orphans have been registered today in Sughd Province, 173 of them are girls.
During his speech, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan congratulated the orphans on the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the State Independence and recalled the constant support of the Government of the country towards them.
It was emphasized that the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, from the first days of independence, implements important measures to support and educate children and adolescents who have been left without care, so that they can find their place in life and in the future, as qualified specialists contribute to the development of important fields of the national economy and prosperity of the country.
Honorable President of the country, Emomali Rahmon, during a sincere conversation, guided the youth to study modern science and knowledge, learn languages, skills, love the Motherland, and pay respect to national values.
The children and teenagers expressed sincere gratitude to the Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon for his fatherly care and promised that they will graduate from school with good grades and in the future will make a significant contribution to the development and progress of independent Tajikistan as qualified professionals.
At the place of the meeting, a festive dastarkhan was prepared for the orphans, and a colorful cultural program was presented.
In fact, orphans and children without guardianship are under the special care of the Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon, and attention is constantly paid to providing good conditions for education and training and guiding them to an independent life.
