DUSHANBE, 17.10.2024 /NIAT Khowar/. On October 17, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, and the Chairman of the Majlisi milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mayor of Dushanbe, Rustam Emomali, in continuation of his working trip in the city of Tursunzoda, visited the grape-growing farm «Hoji Nemat» and viewed the products produced by the farm.
Different types of grapes, high-quality raisins, sweets made from grapes, vegetables and other agricultural crops, grapes sorts “Royal», «President», «White Husseini», «Black Husseini», «Victory», «Cardinal», «Peshpazak», «Avatar», «Veles» and other varieties were exhibited in «Hoji Nemat» grape growing farm, and there is a high demand for them inside and outside the country.
Honorable Emomali Rahmon was informed that «Hoji Nemat» grape growing farm has 100, 74 hectares of productive vineyards. The farm employs 164 shareholders, who also have 5 to 10 employees. This year, regardless of the negative effects of the previous year’s cold weather, the shareholders of the farm obtained the desired harvest using the experience and proven methods of cultivation. The harvest from each hectare of the vineyards is 30 to 40 tons, depending on the variety.
