Lower house of parliament of Tajikistan approves law on Commercial secrets

DUSHANBE, 02.01.2025 /NIAT “Khovar”/. Today under the leadership of the Chairman of the Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan Mahmadtoir Zokirzoda the sixth session of the Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan of the sixth convocation took place.
The session discussed the Investment Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the company Tilemaster investment Limited for the construction and commissioning of the enterprise for the production of decorative products in the Danghara free economic zone and the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan ‘On Commercial Secrets’.
In the course of the session the relevant decisions on all considered issues were adopted.
