President Emomali Rahmon signs a number of laws

DUSHANBE, 02.01.2025 /NIAT “Khovar”/. On January 2, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, signed the laws adopted and approved by the Majlisi namoyandagon and Majlisi milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The Laws of the Republic of Tajikistan “On State Registration of Civil Status Documents”, “On a Unified State System for Registration and Accounting of Violations of Laws”, “On Social Entrepreneurship”, “On Introducing Amendments to the Laws of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Culture”, “On Electronic Commerce”, “On Auditing Activities” are among them.
The signed laws are aimed at the sustainable and rapid economic, social and cultural development of the country, the creation of favorable conditions for the provision of non-cash services, ensuring public security, preventing violations of law and protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens.
