Foreign Ministries of Tajikistan and Slovenia hold first political consultations

DUSHANBE, 14.02.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – The political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Slovenia were held in Dushanbe, the Foreign Ministry of Tajikistan reported.
The delegation of Tajikistan was led by the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ismatullo Nasredin, while the delegation of Slovenia was headed by the State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, Marko Stucin.
During the consultations, which were held for the first time, the parties discussed a wide range of issues, including the development of bilateral and multilateral relations between Tajikistan and Slovenia, cooperation within the European Union, collaboration within international organizations, as well as other issues of mutual interest.
At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to expand cooperation, strengthen direct contacts, enhance the legal framework and increase trade turnover between Tajikistan and Slovenia.
