President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon cast his ballot in elections of deputies of Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi Oli and local assemblies of people’s deputies

On March 2, 2025, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, arrived at polling station No. 15, constituency No. 23 of the Ismoili Somoni district of Dushanbe city to take part in the elections of the new convocation of deputies of the Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan and local assemblies of people’s deputies.
At polling station No. 15, in accordance with the requirements of the country’s legislation, in the presence of international observers, representatives of political parties, and domestic and foreign mass media, the Head of State, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, voted in favor of worthy candidates and political parties for the further progress and prosperity of independent Tajikistan.
The Chairman of the Majlisi milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mayor of Dushanbe, Honorable Rustam Emomali, also voted at this polling station.
At the same time, residents of the Mahmadullo Kholov neighborhood of the Ismoili Somoni district of Dushanbe city, within which polling station No. 15 is located, participated and voted, like other residents of the country, with a high sense of patriotism and pride in the state and statehood, in the elections of the new convocation of deputies of the Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan and local assemblies of people’s deputies.
As we can observe, the elections are taking place in all corners of our beloved country in an atmosphere of peace and tranquility and political and social stability, and people freely vote for the candidates and parties of their choice.
