International Experts to Review CASA-1000 Regional Project Progress in Dushanbe
DUSHANBE, 13.05.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – The next session of the Joint Working Group and the Intergovernmental Council of the regional electricity transmission project “CASA-1000” will take place in Dushanbe from May 13 through May 16, reports the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of Tajikistan.
The meeting will bring together official delegations from the participating countries, international experts, development partners, and other representatives.
On May 15, the session of the Intergovernmental Council of the CASA-1000 project will be held at the National Library of Tajikistan.
On May 16, participants will visit the 1300-megawatt converter station in the Sangtuda HPP, as well as the Norak HPP.
