DUSHANBE, 25.06.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – On June 25, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honourable Emomali Rahmon, also launched the “ZEV.S” tourist complex in the village of Qalai Khumb, Darvoz district.

It was reported that the tourist complex was built on an area of ​​more than 2 hectares among the mountain ranges of the village of Zev, which has clear rivers and springs and unique landscapes.

This complex has a modern design that meets the requirements of international standards and can serve more than 100 tourists at a time.

Modern conditions have been created here for the residence and recreation of tourists, as well as for their excursions, diagnosis and treatment, and for them to engage in archery and other types of ancient fun games.

The tourist complex includes 10 residential buildings and other health-improving equipment.
Currently, more than 40 residents of the village of Zev are employed in this tourist area, and in the future, with the expansion of tourist facilities, the number of workers will be increased to 100.

A two-story diagnostic and treatment building has also been built in the tourist complex, which is equipped with modern equipment and can serve 50 people at a time.

The President of the country, Emomali Rahmon, called the initiative of domestic entrepreneurs in the direction of building tourism infrastructure important, emphasizing that in order to provide high-quality and high-level services to tourists and guests, young people and professionals with knowledge of foreign languages ​​should be employed.

The construction of new tourist facilities in this area laid the foundation for the development of the sector, providing residents with jobs, and improving the social level of the population.

According to information, there are currently 162 historical and tourist facilities and services operating in the Darvoz district.

In the first 6 months of this year, nearly 5,000 domestic and foreign tourists have visited the historical and tourist sites of the Darvoz district, and the construction of the «ZEV.S» tourist complex will lay the foundation for the future development of the industry and attracting more foreign tourists.
