DUSHANBE, 27.06.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – On June 27, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, opened Preschool Institution No. 3 named Payravoni Peshvo in the center of Shugnon district — the town of Vahdat.

This is the first preschool educational institution in the center of the district, built as part of the improvement and construction works to celebrate the 35th anniversary of state independence.

The building consists of a basement and two floors, built in compliance with the requirements of the sector and in accordance with the tastes of children, where favorable conditions are created for the education and upbringing of 150 children in five groups.

A children’s playground has been erected in the courtyard of the preschool institution with the installation of arbors, and its surroundings have been landscaped and greened.

This facility was built on the basis of the instructions of the President of the country, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, who emphasized during his Address to the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, the greater inclusion of children in preschool education and upbringing, at a cost of 8 million somoni.

Preschool Educational Institution No. 3 consists of 21 practical rooms, a dormitory, a canteen, a refrigerator, a storage room and other auxiliary rooms, and is equipped with the necessary equipment and supplies.

Here, the Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, remotely commissioned three preschool educational institutions in the city of Khorugh and five other preschool educational institutions in remote villages of the Shugnon district.
