DUSHANBE, 27.06.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – On June 27, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, inaugurated the regional children’s library, the city library named after Hofiz Sherozi and the Center for the Development of Artificial Intelligence in the city of Khorugh and got acquainted with their activities.
The building in the center of Khorugh was built on a total area of 280 square meters in compliance with the requirements of modern city planning and urban planning, and consists of 5 floors and a basement.
The Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, was informed that the regional children’s library will be located on the first floor of the building, the city library named after Hofiz Sherozi will be located on the second floor, and the Center for the Development of Artificial Intelligence will be located in the upper parts of the building.
The Leader of the Nation considered the construction and equipping of the facility with necessary literature and the activities of the Center for the Development of Artificial Intelligence in the center of the city of Khorugh as a solid step on the path of modern science and knowledge.
