Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Arrives in Tajikistan to Attend CIS Heads of Government Council Meeting

DUSHANBE, 04.06.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – On June 4, Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, Ali Asadov, arrived in Tajikistan to attend the meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
The high-ranking guest was welcomed at Dushanbe International Airport by representatives of the Government of Tajikistan.
The CIS Heads of Government Council meeting will be held tomorrow, June 5, in Dushanbe under the chairmanship of Kohir Rasulzoda, Prime Minister of Tajikistan and current Chair of the Council.
It should be noted that Tajikistan holds the 2025 chairmanship of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
