The enterprise was built in anticipation of the great national holiday — the 35th anniversary of state independence and in order to contribute to the implementation of the goal of rapid industrialization of the country by local entrepreneurs Jamshed Dadomatov and Sayidahmad Sayidkamolov, and is considered the largest lightweight brick production facility in the Sughd Province in terms of capacity.
25 million somoni were spent on the construction and commissioning of the enterprise, and using modern equipment and machinery, mainly imported from abroad, it is capable of producing 250-300 cubic meters of AAC per day.
With the commissioning of the “Modern High-Quality Brick” enterprise in the city of Buston, 60 local residents have been provided with jobs.
For the production of lightweight bricks, the enterprise receives quartz sand, cement, gypsum from within the country and other raw materials from abroad.
The production process includes 5 stages. In particular, clay preparation, molding, steaming at a temperature of 200 degrees and packaging of finished products are carried out automatically using modern devices and equipment, and manual work is rarely required.
The Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, assessed the initiative of domestic entrepreneurs to build such a grandiose industrial facility as important and instructed officials to pay more attention to the quality of products.
In the second stage, the founders plan to build and put into operation a glue production plant for the installation of lightweight bricks. It is expected that this plant will be put into operation by September 2026.
