DUSHANBE, 13.07.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – On July 13, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, opened a new restaurant building next to the modern “Kayhon” Complex of the Khujand International Airport JSC.

With the commissioning of the modern restaurant, 20 more local residents have found jobs.

The newly built facility consists of 3 floors and is built on a total area of more than 1,500 square meters.

On the first floor of the modern building, a modern canteen with 300 seats is provided. The newly built building also has a basement for storing products and a large and spacious veranda.

Service in the restaurant of this complex is provided around the clock.

Here, the President of the country, Emomali Rahmon, met with 100 orphans and people with disabilities from the cities and districts of Buston, Guliston, Bobojon Ghafurov, and Konibodom.

The meeting of the Head of State with people deprived of their parents by fate is considered an example of the attention and support that the Government of the country gives to orphans and those in need.

During the meeting, the President of the country, Emomali Rahmon, emphasized that the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan is constantly taking necessary, timely, and effective measures to ensure good conditions for their education and a decent life.

Here, the Leader of the Nation presented the orphans with abundant dastarkhan, and also presented them with memorable gifts. The gifts included clothes, school supplies, sweets, and cash assistance.

The Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, gave instructions and recommendations to the responsible persons regarding the proper care of orphans, and guided them to study knowledge, professions, and foreign languages.
