DUSHANBE, 24.07.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – On July 24, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, sent a telegram of condolences to the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, which read:
“Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich,
We were deeply saddened by the news of the tragic death of passengers as a result of the crash of a passenger plane in the Amur Region of the Russian Federation.
We express our sincere condolences and sympathies to the families and relatives of the deceased.”
