President Emomali Rahmon opened secondary educational institution in Dushanbe

DUSHANBE, 21.08.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – On August 21, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, together with the Chairman of the Majlisi milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mayor of Dushanbe, Honorable Rustam Emomali, inaugurated Secondary Educational Institution No. 4 in settlement 192 of the Shohmansur district of the capital.
This facility was built within the framework of the Head of State’s attention and care for the education sector and the education and upbringing of the younger generation and the constructive initiatives of the Mayor of Dushanbe, Honorable Rustam Emomali, at the expense of the budget of the Executive Body of State Power of the capital.
The opening of a new educational facility in the continuation of development measures to welcome the 35th anniversary of state independence and the beginning of the new academic year was considered a valuable gift for teachers, students, and residents of this neighborhood.
The Head of State, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, was informed that the building of the educational institution consists of three floors and a basement and is designed for 1,450 students per shift.
The building was built with high quality, taking into account the requirements of the industry, national architectural elements, and the classrooms and other subject rooms are equipped with equipment and visual aids.
Another building built in the educational institution consists of 4 floors and is intended for primary grades.
Construction of the building of Secondary Educational Institution No. 4 began in 2024 and was built on the basis of a project in accordance with modern requirements on an area of 16,400 square meters.
During the acquaintance with the conditions and capabilities of this new and modern institution, the Leader of the Nation highly appreciated the quality of construction work, calling its contribution to the education of the younger generation a worthy act.
The institution has 64 classrooms equipped with the most important educational materials, including 26 subject rooms.
The subject rooms of chemistry, biology, physics, geography, labor technology, initial military training, as well as information technology and linguistics classrooms have been built in accordance with the requirements and will create a favorable basis for the development of the minds and thinking of students.
In accordance with modern requirements, the institution has more than 70 computers connected to the Internet.
Scientific laboratories and a library with 10 thousand copies of literature, a folk crafts corner, and classrooms equipped with musical instruments are provided to develop the worldview of students.
A spacious and well-equipped sports hall with 40 seats will contribute to the promotion and formation of a healthy lifestyle and physical and mental well-being of students. The sports field with 135 seats is also considered one of the other advantages of the institution in the direction of developing physical education and sports.
The educational institution also has an assembly hall with 386 seats and a canteen with 192 seats.
The new and modern facility also provides good conditions for the development of children’s minds, mastering modern knowledge, and engaging them in various interesting games.
During his acquaintance with the conditions of education and upbringing, the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, drew the attention of the officials in the field to the effective use of the opportunities provided, the study of exact sciences, foreign languages, and ensuring the achievements of state independence.
The Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, emphasized that the construction of new buildings, the introduction of modern technology for education, and other measures taken by the Government of the country are aimed at ensuring the present and prosperous future of the younger generation. In this regard, it is necessary for students to learn, study science, be professionals and knowers of languages, and worthy successors of their ancestors.
