During his working visit to Vose district, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, opened the Vocational Training and Service Center.

The Vocational Training and Service Center of the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan was established in Vose district in accordance with the requirements of the Grant Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Asian Development Bank on the project «Improving Professional Skills and Employment Opportunities».

The main building of the Center consists of four floors, is built with a modern design and meets the requirements of today’s construction standards, and has spacious rooms, classrooms equipped with computers, educational equipment, and practical workshops.

The Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, was informed that the Center trains specialists in 5 specialties: electrician, solar electrical equipment installer, sanitary ware plumber, plasterer and gas and electric welder. The Center’s potential capacity is to accommodate 150 apprentices in two shifts.

The Vocational Training and Service Center was built on an area of 25.1 acres of land. Construction work began on November 22, 2022, and was completed in a short time with modern design.

While reviewing the created conditions, the President of the country, Emomali Rahmon, highly appreciated the quality of the work done and gave useful instructions and recommendations to those responsible for training highly qualified specialists.

The goal of establishing such centers, which are implemented with the initiative and direct support of the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, is to enable citizens, especially youth and women, to learn professions and crafts, actively participate in the economic and social life of society, and contribute to improving their living standards.

Also, within the territory of the Vocational Training and Service Center, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, got acquainted with the project for the construction of a four-story building for the district Education Department. According to the proposed project, the construction of the facility will be carried out on a certain area using high-quality local materials and in compliance with modern architectural standards.

The Leader of the Nation was informed that the new building will consist of 4 floors and is intended for the regular and efficient work of the Education Department staff. It will house offices, a meeting room, a library, an information center, and other auxiliary facilities.

Also, a project for multi-storey residential buildings with service and trade centers and a preschool educational institution was presented here.

The residential buildings will consist of 9 floors and will be built with modern design. The first and second floors will house shopping and service centers.

The Head of State was informed that the new building of the preschool educational institution will consist of three floors and will be built in a design that meets the tastes of children.

It is designed to accommodate 200 students.

The Head of State was informed that since 2024, 6 vocational training and service centers have been established in cities and districts of the republic, which have the potential to train up to eight thousand people. To date, 3,200 vocational trainees have received certificates, and more than three thousand others have registered for employment.

The Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, instructed officials and education workers to continue the construction of such preschool educational institutions in other remote villages and take specific measures to educate the future generation in appropriate conditions and in the spirit of patriotism and self-knowledge.
