On October 7, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honourable Emomali Rahmon, and the President of the Russian Federation, Honourable Vladimir Putin, had a telephone conversation.
At the beginning of the conversation, our Head of State sincerely congratulated the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, on his birthday and expressed his best and most sincere wishes.
Continuing the conversation, our Head of State emphasized the significant contribution of Vladimir Putin to strengthening and expanding friendly relations and strategic partnership between the two countries.
During the friendly conversation, the heads of the two countries welcomed the continuation of the interstate dialogue and the further development of this process.
At the same time, the agenda of the upcoming high-level bilateral and multilateral meetings to be held in Dushanbe was discussed.
