Congratulating those present, he shared his thoughts regarding the Armed Forces, noting that they were formed 28 years ago in the extremely difficult economic, military and political conditions, and how they passed through difficult trials and turned into a powerful force to protect the state and people of Tajikistan.
With the efforts and sacrifices of officers and soldiers of the Armed Forces and law enforcement officers in the most difficult and crucial times for the people of the country, the constitutional order, peace, stability, and national unity were restored and favorable conditions were created for the economic and social development of the country.
He also emphasized that from the first day of its formation, the government has been supporting the Armed Forces, and despite the extremely limited economic and financial opportunities has directed all its efforts toward building the military infrastructure and establishing specialized units by providing them with modern machinery, equipment, and necessary conditions for service and decent life.
The leadership of the state and the government appreciates the faithful service of officers. To date, hundreds of servicemen have been awarded state awards and high military ranks for their courage, and this campaign will continue.
