On November 10, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, together with the Chairman of the Majlisi milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mayor of Dushanbe, Honorable Rustam Emomali, opened the Innovation Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a complex of service buildings and facilities in the 3502nd military unit of the Internal Troops.

The visit of the Head of State to the building of the special rapid response department of this military unit began with a meeting with the personnel of this institution.

It was reported that a two-story building has been built in this area to organize the service activities of the special rapid response department of the military unit, which consists of a dormitory, work and sanitary rooms, a weapons and ammunition storage room, a library, and other auxiliary facilities.

The building was built using high-quality construction materials with a modern design, providing excellent working and service conditions for the personnel and employees of the special rapid response unit of the 3502nd military unit of the Internal Troops.

During the conversation, Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, sincerely congratulated the personnel on their professional day and advised the employees of the internal affairs bodies to serve the Motherland conscientiously and effectively use the created conditions and opportunities.

During a visit to the new Innovation Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, the President of the country was informed that after completing training courses, specialists at the center prepare small unmanned aircraft (drones) and a complex of unmanned aerial reconnaissance aircraft using a new technological line and special devices and equipment.

The Innovation Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and a complex of service and household facilities were built by order of the President of the country to digitize the sector, train and prepare young personnel in the field of digital technology within a period of 5 months. The modern system of work in the structures of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, implemented within the framework of the announcement of 2025-2030, «Years of Development of the Digital Economy and Innovation», contributes to strengthening the combat readiness of special forces, ensuring security, combating terrorism, and detecting and preventing violations of the law.

During the visit, the Head of State was shown the newly established centralized direct work in remote areas of the country using new innovative technologies.

Currently, with the aim of digitalization in this structure, the implementation of the unified information system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan is underway, which includes several types of modules. The creation of a mobile application of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is one of the modules of the modern system, through which citizens of the country can access accurate and timely information. In this regard, in 2025, innovative technology departments and sections were established within the structure of the Internal Troops Department, the Department for Combating Organized Crime, the Department of Special Purpose Units, and the Department of Communications of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The center provides good working conditions for young employees and specialists, which are furnished with the necessary equipment.
