DUSHANBE, 05.10.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – Today, the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon had a telephone conversation with the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
Vladimir Putin extended his sincere birthday greetings to the head of our state on his birthday and awarded him the Order of the Russian Federation The Order of Merit for the Fatherland III degree.
«For a great personal contribution to strengthening the relations of strategic partnership and alliance between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as for ensuring regional stability and security, I award the Order of Merit to the Fatherland, III degree, to Rahmon Emomali — President of the Republic of Tajikistan,» says the document.
While expressing his gratitude, President Rahmon noted that this prestigious award belongs to the whole people of our country.
During the discussion of the current issues concerning the promotion of bilateral relations, the two sides also touched upon regional and international issues.
